• Killing Bacteria: You can choose from a wide variety of cleansers, creams, lotions and gels to kill bacteria. However ensure that you use these products as per the instructions.

• Diet: Having a nutritious diet and reducing the intake of oily foods can also help to reduce acne. Water is a natural cleanser, so make sure you have plenty of it.

Acne healing requires time, so it is very important that you continue with the treatment and not stop it midway. Sometimes the process takes between two to three months, so be patient. However if acne still persists or gets worse be sure to see a doctor. But remember, under no circumstances should you ever pick at your pimples.
